Naomi blasts chocolate maker
Naomi Campbell says she's shocked and appalled by a new print and billboard ad by British chocolatier Cadbury that compares her to chocolate, charging it is racist.
The ad shows a Cadbury Dairy Milk Bliss bar sitting on a pile of diamonds. "Move over Naomi, there's a new diva in town," reads the caption.
"It's upsetting to be described as chocolate, not just for me, but for all black women and black people as a race," Campbell tells CNN.
A Cadbury rep tells CNN the company, which has pulled the ad, never intended "to cause any offense."
Bacon not sexy enough?!
Philly's proud son, Kevin Bacon, tells Details mag that he almost lost out on his most famous part, as the dancedelic James Dean-ian heartthrob Ren McCormack in Footloose

A Cole-Cowell smackdown?

Cowell was silent on the subject. Cole will be replaced by Kelly Rowland. Cole, 27, reportedly was booted because American producers were freaked out by her Geordie accent. Kingston critical but stable
Sean Kingston (born Kisean Anderson), 21, was in "critical but stable" condition in the ICU at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami on Tuesday afternoon, two days after the hip-hopper's jet ski crashed into Miami Beach's Palm Island Bridge.
Cassandra Sanchez, who was also riding on the jet ski, tells TMZ that Kingston is "lucid and understands what's going on." Born in Miami and raised in Jamaica, Kingston broke through with the '07 single "Beautiful Girls," just months after he was discovered through MySpace.
Leonardo, Blake up in a tree?
Us Weekly says it has photographic evidence that last week, movie megastar Leonardo DiCaprio, 36, and Gossip Girl, um, girlie girl, Blake Lively, 23, held hands (yes, really!) "during a romantic, moonlit stroll after dinner in Monte Carlo."
There was a helicopter ride, a yacht "and glitzy A-list bashes" for the duo! "Her face lit up when Leo was talking," some anonymous fellow holidaymaker tells the mag.
"He had introduced Blake as his girlfriend," says another. "I would say they're totally smitten!"

Guitarist and former Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks will visit his hometown for a jazz demo at Northeast High School on June 9. Why there? English teacher Lynn Dixon, who was one of Eubanks' fave teachers when he was at Martin Luther King High School, now teaches at Northeast High. The event is part of the Thelonious Monk Institute's Jazz in the Classroom program.
