Tangent Energy Solutions, a Kennett Square firm that is developing sustainable-energy strategies, appointed Nora Mead Brownell, Richard Grigg and Donald Kendall to its board. Mead Brownell is a former commissioner for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Grigg most recently was president of FirstEnergy Utilities. Kendall is founding managing director and CEO of Kenmont.
J. Bradford McIlvain was appointed to the executive committee of the board of the March of Dimes' Southeastern Pennsylvania Division, where he will be chair of the division's Revenue and Development Standing Committee. McIlvain is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Archer & Greiner, and is Pennsylvania chair of the firm's Construction and Real Estate Litigation Practice.

AmerisourceBergen Corp., a Chesterbrook drug distributor, appointed Steven H. Collis, president and chief operating officer, to its board. Collis will be a member of the executive and finance committee of the board and will succeed R. David Yost, chief executive officer, when Yost retires July 1.
