Raheem Brock, a Temple grad the Eagles let get away, was arrested Thursday and charged with theft of services and resisting arrest.
The 33-year-old defense end, an NFL free agent, was accused of walking out on a bill at the Copabanana bar on South Street, according to police.
Apparently, Brock, another man and a woman were asked to leave because she brought in food from another restaurant, so they left without paying for already-served drinks, police said.
A scuffle followed when Brock was questioned soon afterward by police at another South Street eatery, Iskabibble's, police said.
The bill was for $27, according to reports.
