John Nihill and Betsy Leebron Tutelman have been named to the board of managers of The Philadelphia Foundation, a nonprofit community foundation established in 1918 that provides cash grants and scholarships to Southeastern Pennsylvania nonprofit groups. Nihill is director of Elko & Associates Ltd. Certified Public Accountants. Leebron Tutelman is senior vice provost and professor at Temple University.

Scott Kintzing will become chairman of the board for The Bank, Mount Laurel. Kintzing succeeds Warner A. Knobe, who will continue to be a board member. Since 2007, Kintzing has been the president of the New Jersey division of Fulton Financial Corp. and vice chairman of the board.

The Philadelphia Chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization, an educational and support network for entrepreneurs, has named Chris Wichser president. He is president of the Javers Group.

Gary D. Giegerich, president of DMI Sports, is member/forum.

Vijay Khatnani, founder and managing partner at J2 Solutions L.C.C., is member/learning.

Frank N. Signorello, president, operations and compliance at Global Exchange Group Inc., is member/sponsorship.

Paul Alford, chief executive officer of Student Media Group, is member/communications.

Alan Remer, Philadelphia franchise partner for 1-800-GOT-JUNK, is member/integration.

Alonzo J. Adams, president and CEO of Busy Bee Cleaning Inc., is member/mentorship.

Keenan Goggin, president and CEO of Pathfinders Inc., is member/membership.

Remy Wildrick, partner of Cot'n Wash Inc., is member/membership.

The Pennsylvania state Senate confirmed Ronald G. Henry and Robert S. Taylor as the newest members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education's Board of Governors. Henry is a senior consultant with Capitol Strategies Group L.L.C., of Harrisburg. Taylor is chairman and CEO of Cameron Cos. L.L.C.

Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc., the Langhorne youth football, cheer, and dance organization, has named Floyd Morris and Skip Massengill to its board. Morris has been a coach for his area's Pop Warner football teams and is president and CEO of Children's Futures. Massengill is senior vice president at Robert W. Baird & Co. Wealth Management.

The Friends of the Wissahickon, a nonprofit environmental-advocacy organization founded in 1924, has elected the following members to its board:
