Police in Montgomery County have charged a Lansdale man with the July 4 arson and burglary of a house at 1010 Anders Rd. in Towamencin.
Jeffrey R. Streamer, 43, of the 1200 block of Browning Court, was charged with arson, theft, criminal trespass, and reckless endangerment. Police said he told them he burglarized the home while the owners were gone, then set the fire to cover his tracks. He was being held at the Montgomery County prison, unable to post $50,000 bail, after arraignment in Norristown. - Bonnie L. Cook
