So he's just choosing to not pay his bills?
Suri, you jest
We know parents think their own kid's poop don't stink, but come on, Katie Holmes, pretend to show a little humility.
Surely, for five-year-old daughter Suri, the world is her oyster, but Katie says, "I think she's going to do a lot of different things. She's an amazing athlete, singer, and dancer, and I think she'll probably be an actress."
Wow. Where are you going to find stylish hats to fit that child's big head?
As for husband Tom Cruise, Katie goes out of her way to say he's "manly romantic."
"Two years ago," she added, "he took me up on his P-51 Mustang, a fighter plane from World War II. He'd painted the words, 'Kiss Me, Kate,' on the side."
That's a rap
A New York judge yesterday dropped charges that Foxy Brown (a/k/a Inga Marchand) violated a court order by mooning her neighbor.
Prosecutors said Foxy violated the order in July 2010 by screaming at neighbor Arlene Raymond before bending over, baring her buttocks and showing her underwear while shouting an obscenity.
Foxy was issued the order of protection after pleading guilty in 2008 to menacing Raymond with her cellphone. The two had been in a dispute over Brown blasting her car stereo outside their Brooklyn building.
* TMZ.com reports that DMX (a/k/a Earl Simmons) will have to spend at least an extra week in an Arizona state prison for failing a drug test.
Failure of the drug test also means he will not be eligible for employment at Philadelphia Media Network.
Arizona Department of Corrections spokesman Barrett Marson confirmed DMX was due to be released from a prison in Yuma today. His new release date is July 19.
Prison records show DMX has also been caught smoking twice and was found once with drugs since January. He's been making 20 cents an hour as a porter - so they must be cheap drugs.
