A proposal for Ashley

Philadelphia Sports Club is offering "Bachelorette" Ashley Hebert a free membership for the duration of her engagement to J.P. Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum is already a member at New York Sports Club, which, like PSC, is owned by Town Sports International. His membership is gratis during the engagement, too. Hebert is finishing up her studies at Penn's dental school. If their engagement lasts as long as those of previous reality-show couples, the offer will be good for a few weeks at least.

OUT AND ABOUT Musician Gavin Rossdale of Bush, a/k/a Gwen Stefani's hubby, dined at Parc on Rittenhouse Square last night. He's at the House of Blues in Atlantic City tonight. James Van Der Beek lunched at Fuel (1225 Walnut) yesterday. The actor, here shooting "Backwards," had chicken lettuce wraps and a roasted turkey panini, and posed for photos with women in the restaurant, owned by Q102's Rocco. R&B singer Keri Hilson was at Children's Hospital Friday for an interview by a patient in The Voice, the center donated by "American Idol"'s Ryan Seacrest.

Drayton sticking with Fox

Fox 29 anchor Thomas Drayton has just signed a multiyear contract to stay at the station. He anchors the 6 and 10 p.m. newscasts. We hear News Director Steve Schwaid, who started Monday, will soon pick a female co-anchor for those slots.
