IT'S DIAPER DUTY for NBC10's Deanna Durante and husband Tim Swan,

computer-operations manager at Penn, who welcomed their first child, daughter Maya Elizabeth Swan, Sunday morning. She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces. Mom and baby are well.

Stinson plays for free

Replacements bassist Tommy Stinson, more recently a member of Guns N' Roses, is doing a free in-store show at 4 p.m. Sunday at Main Street Music (4444 Main) in Manayunk.

Stinson's new CD, "One Man Mutiny," was recorded in the area, including a song "It's a Drag," at musician/filmmaker George Manney's studio Geo Sound. Manney plays drums on the track. Stinson lives in the area with fiancee Emily Roberts. She sings on several tracks including the duet "Destroy Me."

A portion of proceeds from the CD sales will benefit schools in Haiti for which Stinson has raised thousands of dollars with an online memorabilia auction last year.

Billy V now producing

Former Fox 29 sports anchor Bill Vargus is now producing TV commercials with HIT Commercials. He owns the company, which stands for Highly Intricate Technology, with wife Sue Serio, Fox 29 meteorologist. Vargus appears in his first spot, for Weathers Motors in DelCo, which has been airing during Phillies games on Comcast SportsNet.

Nealon on the town

Comedian and "Weeds" actor Kevin Nealon stopped by Time (1315 Sansom) for cocktails late Saturday night where he caught a set by Masami and the O Faces. Here to play Helium (2031 Sansom), Nealon also explored the city on foot and was seen Saturday morning in South Philly, around 12th & Bainbridge.

Wharton guy's big deal

Steve Heiferman, who earned an MBA from Penn's Wharton School, is the real-estate broker for the condo belonging to the estate of slain Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen. The luxurious condo is up for $1.2 million.

Party for the Birds

Nnamdi Asomugha and Michael Vick are among the Eagles expected Thursday at Joselio Hanson's 29th birthday at G Lounge (111 S. 17th). The party, presented by 3BG Marketing, starts at 10:30 and also celebrates birthdays of singer Marsha Ambrosius and DJ Aktive. Admission is $30 at the door.

CW Crew adds 2

Jessica Boyington, 2006 Miss New Jersey USA, and actor/sports blogger Matt Nadu are joining CW Philly Crew of Kharisma McIlwaine and Everett Jackson as on-air hosts and community envoys. Boyington, who's done traffic for CBS 3 and CW Philly, is also an actress, and appeared in "Sex and the City 2" and "How Do You Know?" She's not the first Miss New Jersey USA to be on the CW Crew. Ashley Harder, 2007 Miss New Jersey USA (who gave up her crown after becoming pregnant) is a former member. Nadu, a Temple grad, writes for HighHopesBlog.

com and has appeared on "The Good Wife" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm. He'll be in the upcoming "Booted," the late "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn's last movie.

Green grows the party

Philly clothing lines Aphillyated Apparel and Verde Styles are teaming up with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to present Power Down Philly, an eco-friendly musical block party at 3 p.m. Thursday at the PHS Pops Up Garden at 20th & Market. A few DJs will perform.
