Michael Rosiak has been promoted to vice president of performance management at Continuum Health Alliance L.L.C., a Marlton health-care management company. He had been senior director of clinical operations and administration.

Beth J. Stewart has joined Merle Gilmore & Associates, a Wynnewood consulting firm, as principal. Stewart most recently was director of the corporate- licensing team at General Electric Co.

Mitchell R. Cohen, shareholder and chairman of the alternative and renewable energy practice at Flaster/Greenberg P.C., has been named counsel to the New Jersey Renewable Energy Coalition.

Smarter Agent L.L.C., a Camden mobile-technology firm, has hired Philip Charles-Pierre as senior vice president, marketing and distribution. He had been vice president, online marketing, at Direct Brands Inc.

Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit group that provides affordable housing to low-income families, has hired Kelly Clarke as executive director of the Bucks County chapter. Clarke had been executive director of Cradles to Crayons, Conshohocken.

ACR Image Metrix, a Philadelphia imaging contract-research organization in the American College of Radiology Clinical Research Center in Philadelphia, has hired Kathy Freeman as business development manager for the East Coast.

Vishay Intertechnology Inc., the Malvern maker of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components, has promoted Dieter Wunderlich to executive vice president-chief operating officer, from executive vice president-semiconductors.

Also, Johan Vandoorn was promoted to executive vice president-chief technical officer from executive vice president-passive components.

Matcor Inc., a Doylestown cathodic-protection and corrosion-prevention engineering design firm, has hired Chris Sheldon as director of engineering. Sheldon previously was manager of corrosion control for U.S. operations at National Grid P.L.C.

ITA Partners Inc., an independent health-care analysis firm, has hired Diane Hershock as medical director, oncology. She has held positions at Sanofi-Aventis, Genentech Inc. and Merck & Co. Inc., leading global trials and Food and Drug Administration approval processes of therapeutics for oncology.

Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor, has hired Peter J. Johnson as senior vice president and head of the guardianship and special- needs trust unit. He had been a lawyer at Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager P.C.

Sheila Gibson was named vice president. She had been a vice president for PNC's wealth-management group and a special-needs trust and guardianship adviser.

Bergmann Associates has hired Sarah Gaughan as an architectural project manager and sustainability specialist in the Philadelphia Buildings Group. She had been an assistant project manager at Wu & Associates.

David Greenspan has been appointed chairman of the department of psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment, both part of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. Greenspan had been medical director at the Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, N.J.
