South Jersey Field Hockey Players to Watch

Megan Anstoz, Audubon senior. In her fourth year at forward, the playmaker is within reach of the school's career scoring record of 53 goals. She has 48.

Emily Arnot, Shawnee senior. A playmaker from her forward position, Arnot is a four-year starter who scores, assists, and comes back to mark opposing players.

Alana Barry, Eastern senior. Now in her fourth season as a starting goalkeeper, she has a shot at the national record for shutouts, 67. She has 58.

Alexa Branco, Clearview senior. An experienced center back, she enters her fourth year at the position with offensive and defensive skills that make those around her better.

Liz Cruz, Ocean City senior. A 21-goal scorer with nine assists last season, this four-year starter at forward has speed with and without the ball, on grass and artificial turf.

Toni D'Amato, Cherry Hill West senior. A four-year starter, the diminutive center midfielder uses her speed and stick skills to distribute the ball.

Emily DeMarco, St. Joseph sophomore. Her winning shot that gave the Wildcats the South Jersey Group 1 title was one of 15 goals the midfielder scored as a freshman last season.

Jade Dixon, Eastern sophomore. Dixon was sixth in scoring in South Jersey last season as a freshman, connecting 30 times as a forward.

Montana Fleming, Bishop Eustace junior. A three-year starter, the center midfielder coordinates the offense and defense and is involved in offensive and defensive corners.

Kaitlyn Grabert, Washington Township senior. The only three-year starter on the squad, the center midfielder is a great decision-maker who inspires her teammates.

Megan Johnston, Haddonfield senior. Speed, stick skills, and knowledge of the game make this four-year starter a threat offensively and defensively at the center midfield position.

Rachel Krott, West Deptford junior. Stick skills are what make this forward special. An excellent dribbler with the ability to reverse her shots, Krott sheds defenders with ease.

Paige Macrae, Moorestown senior. Hampered by injury last season, the three-year starter at forward is ready and raring to spearhead the Quakers' attack.

Lexi Smith, Florence junior. The Flashes forward already has 87 goals and the school's career scoring record. She was second in scoring in South Jersey last season.

Tara Vittese, Camden Catholic sophomore. After scoring 25 goals and assisting on 10 more as a freshman, this Futures Elite player will continue to dazzle the opposition.
