Conestoga's Chrissy Bradley and Maddie Swarr scored on corner kicks, and Sarah Priem and Salina Williford scored on breakaways to win, 4-0, at Upper Darby.
Bicentennial. Delco Christian's defense allowed just three shots at goalie Jamie Barr in a 2-0 win at MaST Charter. Mia Jasinski and Jessica Lewis netted the goals.
Tri-County. Barrack Hebrew won its season opener, 4-1, over visiting Mercy Vocational as Tamara Moskowitz scored all four goals. Sivan Ben-Maimon, Nora Abel and Tamar Cahana provided assists.

West Chester East, anchored by goalie Lisa Imburgia's seven saves, played solid defense in a 1-0 Ches-Mont League shutout against visiting Octorara. Maddy Lewis knocked in the goal off Nina Mazzarelli's assist in the first half.
West Chester Henderson squeezed past host Great Valley, 2-1, with goals off the sticks of Kate Fay and Katie O'Donnell.
