Voorhees Township police are searching for a bandit, possibly with firearms training, who robbed a gas station last week in less than 25 seconds.

The suspect pointed a black semiautomatic handgun at the attendant at Speed Gas Station on the unit block of Haddonfield-Berlin Road and escaped with $200 shortly before 10 p.m. on Sept. 7, Voorhees Police said. No one was injured.

Authorities believe the suspect has had some sort of firearms expertise because of the way he handled the handgun. He has an athletic build and stands about 6-foot-1. The suspect has sideburns and wore sunglasses and a black cap.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Voorhees Police Det. Sgt. Dennis Ober at 856-882-1108.
