Wilson started fast, opening a lead of 20 to 30 yards at the one-mile mark and was never threatened.
Wilson, who is looking toward qualifying for the Foot Locker national championships this fall, will have one more shot at the course record on Oct. 29 at the state independent schools race.
Cardinal O'Hara took the boys' team title as Dan Savage (16:09) finished third and Mike Bilotta (16:16) was sixth.
In the girls' championship race, Pennsbury edged Downingtown East by a point (53-54) for the team title as Pennsbury's fifth runner, Erin O'Connell, got to the finish line in 15th place, one spot and 19 seconds ahead of East's Sarah Black.
