A 91-year-old man attending a Phillies game with his wife was injured in a hit-and-run accident Tuesday night outside Citizens Bank Park, police said.
He was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in stable condition and released about midnight, police said.
The man, whose identity has not bee released, was struck by a gray Nissan pickup truck with a Delaware license plate about 9:10 p.m. in the 800 block of Pattison Avenue, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
The victim suffered cuts to his head and was taken by a medic unit to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition late Tuesday night.
