The source says Leal's move is designed to impel Ashton's team to pay her hush money.
No official comment yet from Ashton or Demi Moore, but Ashton has tweeted a link to the Public Enemy song "Don't Believe the Hype."
ScarJo: Give me privacy or give me death
Scarlett Johansson is lashing out at the creeps who posted nude photos of her, allegedly hacked from her cellphone. "Just because you're an actor or make films or whatever doesn't mean you're not entitled to your own personal privacy," she tells CNN. "If that is sieged in some way, it feels unjust."
There's no T.I. in prison
Rapper T.I. (Clifford Harris), 31, is a free man after finishing a (second) court-mandated spell in a halfway house in Atlanta. It's the 9,872d time T.I.'s been incarcerated in the last year.
He served seven months in an Arkansas prison on weapons charges last year. The "No Mercy" singer wasn't out long before he was arrested again in September, along with wife Tameka Cottle, for drug possession.
Fast-forward to an 11-month sentence: T.I. was released on Aug. 30 on condition he live in a halfway house. He was picked up a day later by federal authorities because he traveled to his halfway house in a luxury tour bus.
With us so far? So the dude was back behind bars a bit before being sent back to the halfway house on Sept. 15. On Thursday he left the house. Will he still be free when you read this?
Sexually, it's complicated
Anna Faris says she didn't play favorites when her hub, Chris Pratt, wanted to star in her new movie, What's Your Number? She made him audition. "Of course I did," she tells USA Today, pausing for effect. "In the bedroom."
The naughty film features Faris, 34, as a naughty girl who fears she's slept with too many men. So she decides to look up all 19 of them. (To apologize?!)
