A Montgomery County man was arrested Thursday and charged in having sex with with teenaged boys, authorities said.

Burt Philip Ludin, 51, of Willow Grove, is accused of having multiple sexual encounters with a boy beginning when the child was 11-years-old.

One of the victims, now 19, told Upper Dublin police in August 2010 that the incidents began during a sleep-over at Ludin's home. Ludin allegedly showed the boy pornography and masturbated in front of him. Those encounters continued, with Ludin allegedly touching the boy in an "inappropriate manner" until the boy was 13, said District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.

In October 2011, two more alleged victims, now 20- and 22-years-old, reported to police that they had been sexually assaulted at Ludin's home and other locations on several occassions beginning when they were 11- and 15-year-old boys, Ferman said in a news release.

The incidents allegedly happened in Upper Dublin Township and in Warminster, Bucks County.

Also charged with dissemination of sexual materials to minors, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and related offenses, Ludin was being held Thursday on $150,000 bail.

Ferman requested that anyone with further information about incidents involving Ludin call Upper Dublin detectives at 215-646-2100.
