Redefine the after-dinner drink. Golosa chef/owner Fabio Scarpelli melts pure dark chocolate and mixes it with cozy spices such as cloves and pink pepper to create a menu of rich and satisfying drinks that will keep you sipping slow. The 3C has a shot of espresso and is topped with foamed-up cream that is laced with cinnamon. As an homage to the way the Mayans and Aztecs enjoyed their cocoa, the options get more savory from there. The Salata al Caramello has caramel and salt, or dare to try Scarpelli's favorite, which has vanilla, salt, and heat from chile pepper. Host a holiday party there, and Scarpelli promises to create a chocolate wonderland.
