The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum, near the Philadelphia Airport, was chosen last night as Museum of the Year in London.
The International Historic Motoring Awards committee chose the Simeone over museums in England, Germany and Los Angeles.
The Simeone collection includes 65 classic racing sports cars.
"This is an enormous honor for the Simeone Automotive Museum, especially considering the quality of the other institutions," executive director Fred Simeone said.
