NORTH PHILLY-raised comedian/actor Kevin Hart on Saturday hosts Power 99 DJ Diamond Kuts' birthday party at Shampoo (8th & Willow). Kuts, raised in West Oak Lane and regularly seen on BET's "106 & Park," is also involved in MTV's Dove Fresh Spin video series.

She recently came off a tour with Nicki Minaj, and has released a mix tape, "Herstory in the Making." The party starts at 10 and costs $30 at the door. Kuts, a/k/a Tina Dunham, is the daughter of the late Philly rap artist Grand Tone. She gets a break from spinning her own party. DJs will be RL, Bran and Marty Geez.

Charitable alums

Flyers alums Eric Lindros and John LeClair are partnering with 97.5 The Fanatic to raise money for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with a few events next month. On Dec. 15, Lindros and LeClair, who will both play in the Flyers/Rangers alumni game at Citizens Bank Park, will attend a charity luncheon at Morton's (1411 Walnut) and the next day will be at the Granite Run Mall in Media, for an autograph-signing.

They're also scheduled to appear from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 14 on Mike Missanelli's Fanatic radio show. Both Lindros and LeClair say they would spend time with CHOP patients.

For tickets to the Morton's lunch, go to 975thefanatic.com, beginning at 3 p.m. Nov. 30.

Soul survivor

WDAS (1480-AM) flips today from the Spanish-music station Rumba to the Soul of Philadelphia, playing Christmas music through the holidays, and then R&B oldies from the '50s, '60s and '70s.

WDAS also broadcasts at 105.3 FM, but its 1480-AM signal has history in the local black community. In the 1960s the station played many black artists who had trouble getting airplay on other stations, and it also was among the first to hire female DJs. The station also covered the civil- rights movement and interviewed both Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X on air, says spokeswoman Loraine Ballard Morrill. For those upset about the loss of Rumba, there's still El Zol (1340-AM) and Mega (13100AM), both of which play Spanish music/talk.

CHARITABLY MINDED * A confident Ed Rendell said he would cut up his pink Eagles breast-cancer tie if the Birds lost to Arizona. Well, they did, and he sliced the tie into five pieces on Comcast SportsNet's "Eagles Post Game Live." Now those pieces, signed by Rendell and "Post Game Live" broadcasters Ray Didinger, Michael Barkann, Amy Fadool and Tra Thomas, are being sold on eBay to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure. * The Big Piece didn't make it, but Ryan Howard's twin brother, Corey, and their sister, Roni, represented the Ryan Howard Family Foundation yesterday, dropping off 60 turkeys to families helped by ACHIEVEability at its office at 59 N. 60th St. For info, visit achieveability.org.

Ricki returning

When Ricki Lake, a "Dancing with the Stars" finalist, returns to daytime TV next fall on the "Ricki Lake Show," she will be seen locally on the CW Philly 57.
