ALLENTOWN - A former high school teacher could face jail time after admitting she had sex with a student on the school's prom weekend.
Gabrielle Marvelli, 39, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Lehigh County Court to a charge of corruption of a minor. The former Allen High School teacher admitted having sex with the student, who was a week away from his 18th birthday at the time.
Marvelli and the student had an early-morning encounter May 28, the day of the school's senior prom, authorities said.
