Cimato's runner-up finish to Dylan Milonas of Blair Academy (N.J.) was the top performance by a Philadelphia area wrestler in the 19th annual event. In the semifinals, the third-seeded Cimato edged second-seeded Jack Clark of McDonogh (Md.), 8-4.

In other highlights, Germantown Academy's Nick Grossi placed third at 220 pounds, and Chris Yankowich was sixth at 138, helping the Patriots to a 14th-place finish with 77 points in the 97-team competition.
