Authorities are looking for the driver of a silver Cadillac who sped off from a traffic stop in East Germantown, injuring a police officer.
The officer was treated for arm and neck injuries at Albert Einstein Medical Center and released.
Police said the officer stopped a 2003 Cadillac with two men inside on Washington Lane near Musgrave for an unspecified reason at 1:50 a.m.
When the officer attempted to get the driver to get out of the vehicle, the motorist sped off, striking the officer with the open door, police said.
