An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged with being one of two assailants who beat and robbed a Haddon Township man at PATCO's Eighth and Market Street Station as bystanders watched, even recording the attack on a cellphone.

A video of the incident early Monday was posted on a website, www.worldstarhiphop.com.

Philadelphia police said today they have arrested Timothy Williams, of the 5200 block of Lebanon Avenue in West Philadelphia's Wynnefield section, and charged him with robbery, aggravated assault and related offenses,

Police are still looking for the second suspect.

Tim Ireland, a spokesman for the Delaware River Port Authority, which operates the High Speed Line, said the 22-year-old victim was about to enter an automatic turnstile on the station concourse at 2:30 a.m. Monday when the assailants pounced.

The video shows other people watching while the pair beat and stomped on the man and rifled his pockets for his money. Shouting can be heard on the soundtrack.

Ireland said PATCO police also have separate surveillance video of the attack and were following a number of leads.

The victim was treated at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and released.

The video is the second this week to be posted online and showing someone being assaulted in Philadelphia.

Police are looking for the men in Flyers jerseys who are seen in the earlier video beating a man in a Rangers jersey at Geno's Steaks after Monday's Winter Classic Hockey Game.

A third video that also was posted online shows a brawl between Mummers on Second Street after the annual New Year's Day parade.

Police in the meantime have made two arrests in a Dec. 27. South Philadelphia vandalism spree that was recorded by one of the participants and posted this week on YouTube.

Correction: The DRPA spokesman originally said the victim was from Haddonfield but said later he is actually a resident of Haddon Township.
