Nick Cannon recovers
Nick Cannon, who is recuperating in an L.A. hospital from "mild kidney failure," "is in stable condition with a good prognosis," his wife, Mariah Carey, tweeted on Friday. "Hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days." The couple say the kidney malfunction was triggered by a bad case of the flu.
Van Halen CD & tour!
The reunited Van Halen, with David Lee Roth out front, have announced that A Different Kind Of Truth, the band's first album with Roth since '84, is due Feb. 12. Their 44-city North American tour will hit the Wells Fargo Center on March 5 and Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on March 24. Tix go on sale Jan. 14 for the Philly date; they're TBA for the AC show.
