A Delaware County man has been charged with sexual assaults on a teenage girl at a youth-care facility in Radnor Township, police said Monday.
Kahlil Hopkins, 31, of Collingdale, is charged with three counts of institutional sexual assault and related offenses in connection with alleged attacks last year on the girl at Presbyterian Children's Village, where Hopkins was an employee.
Hopkins was being held at Delaware County Prison after failing to post $50,000 bail. He surrendered to police Thursday after a warrant was issued for him. - Robert Moran
