Josh Pennington nailed a clutch three-point basket, Vance Matthews (16 points) and Zach Betz keyed Lower Cape May's stifling fourth-quarter defense, and the host Tigers shot 8 for 12 from the line down the stretch to rally past Hammonton, 35-30, in a Cape-Atlantic League clash.
