The woman killed Thursday when a dump truck loaded with sand toppled onto her SUV in Cherry Hill was identified today as 57-year-old Gail Walsh of Cinnaminson.

Police said the investigation is continuing into the accident on Haddonfield Berlin Road and no charges have been filed.

The driver of the tri-axle dump truck at the same time was identified as Ezequiel Rivera, 40, of Camden.

Police said the initial investigation indicated the accident occurred when dump truck, traveling north on Haddonfield-Berlin, swerved to avoid a third vehicle that had pulled out of Morris Drive in an attempt to turn left onto Haddonfield-Berlin.

The evasive maneuver apparently caused the truck to flip onto its driver's side and land on Walsh's Lexus SUV, police said.
