When police arrived at the scene, an isolated area in the 1600 block of Baltimore Pike, they were told Rodriguez went to the same party and was missing. Investigators found his body the next morning during a search of nearby property, police said.
On Dec. 6, James L. Jones, 19, and Stephen Andrew Daddezio, 17, both of West Grove, were charged in the slayings. Jones's charges include first-degree murder; Daddezio faces aggravated assault, conspiracy, and related offenses.
Today, charges related to the fatal stabbings were lodged against the following defendants: Manuel "Mongo" Mora, 20, of Kennett Square; Junior Lopez, 18, of Avondale; Jorge L. "Borrega" Ramirez, 19, of Avondale; Dominick Daddezio, 17, of West Grove; Orlando V. "Pitufo" Diaz, 17, of West Grove; Cristian Eumana, 18, of Greenville, De.; Kenneth Fitzsimons, 20, of West Grove; Fabian "Macaco" Cortez, 20, of Kennett Square; Rafael "Rafa" Lopez, 19, of West Grove; and Edwin "Barrill" Romero, 16, of Kennett Square.
During the preliminary hearing for Jones and Daddezio, a Kennett High School student said a group of Sur 13s, also known as Surenos, arrived at a party in New Garden Township and were asked to leave because Vikings were in attendance.
They complied but returned with reinforcements about an hour and a half later, the student testified, describing a chaotic scene as weapon-wielding Sur 13s confronted their rivals and frightened partygoers fled.
