Although Demi Moore has not been spotted since a health crisis in January sent her to the hospital, People has confirmed she is in treatment.

According to a source close to the situation, the actress is in a facility and not at home in Los Angeles, as some have speculated.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source tells E!, adding that the actress is being treated for addiction and an eating disorder.

On Friday, Moore's youngest daughter, Tallulah, celebrated her 18th birthday at dad Bruce Willis' Beverly Hills home along with her sister, Rumer.

Look out, South Jersey

Snooki and Jwoww haven't lost faith in the Garden State just because Hoboken rejected them - they're still determined to find a New Jersey location for their new spin-off show.

Sources tell TMZ that producers are working round the clock to find a suitable Jersey replacement for Hoboken - after the mayor denied their filming permit, citing a laundry list of obvious reasons.

No word yet on an alternative - but TMZ is told producers are eyeing a number of locations in South Jersey.

Good jeans

Stacy Keibler may be coming soon to a front row near you, says the New York Post, who hears that George Clooney's gal pal, a former pro wrestler not known as a fashion muse, is being offered $5,000-plus to wear jeans and other branded duds during Fashion Week, which begins Thursday.

"She's an all-American girl. She's hot in the press right now," a fashion marketer said. Keibler recently signed with William Morris Endeavor, and sources say she's upped her personal appearance fee to $25,000.

Weekend movies thrill

Chronicle - a film about three high school pals who find themselves with supernatural powers - was the box-office winner on Super Bowl weekend, making $22 million. Another thriller, The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe (a.k.a. Harry Potter), wasn't far behind, bringing in $21 million. Trailing in third was yet another heart-pumping flick, Liam Neeson's The Grey, which collected $9.5 million, making its 10-day total $34.8 million. According to Entertainment Weekly, studios estimated moviegoing to be down by 70 percent because of the big game.
