Police are investigating the shooting death of a 77-year-old man inside his home in Mullica Township, Atlantic County.
County Prosecutor Ted Housel said in a statement a relative found the body of John Kingsbury inside his residence on Woodland Avenue about 3 p.m. Sunday.
Kingsbury had been shot twice, but Housel did not disclose where he had been wounded.
The death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy Monday.
No arrests have been made and no other details were released.
