A 27-year-old inmate at the state prison in Chester and a woman who was visiting him assaulted three correctional officers Sunday afternoon, state police said.

Felix Collazo, who according to court records was serving time on weapons and reckless-endangerment charges from Dauphin County, allegedly assaulted the officers just after 2 p.m.

Police said Maria Rolon-Collazo of Harrisburg also assaulted two of the officers while she was visiting Collazo on Sunday.

State police last night said they did not know her age or her relation to Collazo.
