Thomas J. Lewis, who has been president of Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since 1990, is retiring June 30, the organization's board announced Thursday.
David McQuaid, Thomas Jefferson's chief operating officer since 2007, will assume the title of president July 1. The board will make a comprehensive search before naming a CEO.
