Delco man gets prison in child-pornography case

A Delaware County man was sentenced Tuesday to 61/2 years in prison on child-pornography charges. David Devine, 35, of Chester Heights, pleaded guilty in November to distributing Internet videos of children being sexually abused and to possessing more than 600 pornographic images involving children, authorities said. U.S. District Judge Gene E.K. Pratter also ordered Devine to serve seven years' supervised release after the prison term. - Staff report
