Janisch, a senior forward, poured in 40 points to set the all-time school record for boys and girls, and reach 1,501 career points.
Mercy Vocational advanced with a 44-27 verdict over visiting Collegium Charter, using a 21-0 run to overcome an early 4-3 deficit and take the lead for good. Teharah Worrell scored 10 points in the run and finished with 21 points.
