Man shot to death in Fairhill, police say

An unidentified man in his 20s was fatally shot Monday night in the city's Fairhill section, police said. The shooting occurred about 9 p.m. in the 3100 block of North Second Street, police said. The victim was shot several times in the chest and once in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police reported no arrests. - Robert Moran
