Food: Tacos and burritos for breakfast, lunch and dinner from local dude Tom McCusker.

Find it: He started with wheels, but nowadays McCusker has a shop at 261 S. 44th St., open daily.

Look for: Starting April 21, his original, psychedelic, skull-painted truck will reappear weekends at Clark Park Farmer's Market, 43rd Street and Baltimore Avenue.

Around for: As of April 1, three years.

Eat: Breakfast tacos made him famous, and justifiably so. Made with potatoes, eggs, cheese and homemade guacamole, they're slightly addictive. But these days, well-traveling burritos (chicken, beef, pork or sweet potato) and recently introduced fish tacos are best-sellers.

Spend: $8 on a burrito. $6 for two tacos. $4 for guacamole and chips.

Pay: Cash or credit.

Twitter: @HonestToms.

Call: 215-620-1851.

Watch: McCusker co-stars alongside West Philly's Zocalo on Fox's "Kitchen Nightmares." Even picky eater chef Gordon Ramsay is a fan of Tom's chicken tacos. Catch them Friday, 8-10 p.m., on Fox.

Bonus: Free delivery to West Philly.
