Beginning on Earth Day (April 22), Whole Foods Markets will no longer carry "red-rated" wild-caught fish - those that are endangered or caught using methods that harm other marine life or habitats. The ratings are set by nonprofits Blue Ocean Institute and Monterey Bay Aquarium. More at wholefoodsmarket.com/wfmfish.

Easter feasting is in the works at a number of area restaurants this weekend. The Radnor Hotel (591 E. Lancaster Ave., St. Davids, 610-341-3145), will have its annual Children's Saturday Afternoon Tea with the Easter Bunny from 1-3 p.m. Saturday. Suitable for ages 3 to 8, $59.95 for an adult and child; reservations required. Easter Sunday Brunch is $35.95 per person and $17.50 for children under 12.

Chef Chip Roman will offer brunch at all three of his restaurants: Conshohocken's Blackfish BYO (119 Fayette St., 610-397-0888), three courses for $45, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Chestnut Hill's Mica (8609 Germantown Ave., 267-335-3912), three courses for $45, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Queen Village's Ela (627 S. 3rd St., 267-687-8512), where the à la carte menu will be available 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Passover starts tomorrow, and restaurants are responding with seder variations. Chef Tim Spinner has created a "Passover Feliz" four-course menu with a Mexican twist for his restaurants: Cantina Feliz, 424 S. Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington, 215-646-1320; and La Calaca Feliz, 2321 Fairmount Ave., 215-787-9930. Available tomorrow through April 13, $30 a person.

At Supper (926 South St., 215-592-8180), chef/owner Mitch Prensky will serve his take on Jewish classics, including his mother's "World Famous" Beef BrisketFriday and Saturday,$58 a person.
