A 19-year-old Chester man was arraigned Friday on charges that he injured a Sharon Hill man in a hit-and-run accident in Collingdale.
Bruce Snowden was charged with striking 33-year-old Nasir Bailey at MacDade Boulevard and Chester Pike about 4 p.m. Thursday.
A witness to the accident followed Snowden's vehicle, took down the license-plate number, and reported it, police said.
Snowden is being held at Delaware County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail. Police said Bailey was in stable condition at a local hospital.
