Posted: May 19, 2012

What: Soul (7-2) at Spokane (4-4)

When: Friday, 11 p.m.

Where: Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena

TV: The Comcast Network.

 Internet:www.PhiladelphiaSoul.com or www.UStream.com.

About the Soul: Defensive lineman T.J. Langley, acquired in a trade with Jacksonville on May 12, will make his debut. Langley is an AFL rookie who spent time in the training camps of the Panthers and Bills last summer. . . . Phil Marfuggi will be the kicker this week. . . . Wide receiver Emery Sammons, who has done a commendable job stepping in for Donovan Morgan, played for Spokane the last two seasons and won the ArenaBowl title in 2010. Morgan (fractured wrist) is hoping to be back next week.

About the Shock: Three of their four losses have come to rivals in the West Division, the toughest in the AFL. . . . Defensive back/kick returner Terrance Sanders had two touchdowns and two interceptions in last week's win over New Orleans to earn league player of the week honors.
