About the Soul: Have lost two of the last three and now lead Cleveland by only a half-game in the East Division … Wide receiver Donovan Morgan returns to the lineup after missing 7 weeks with a broken wrist. He expects to play the entire game.

About the Gladiators: Have won three in a row and are led by future Hall of Famer John Dutton at quarterback. He had a season-high nine touchdown passes in Cleveland’s win over the Soul on April 1 … Dominic Goodman, who had five TD catches in the first meeting, leads the AFL with 98 receptions … Cleveland leads the AFL in scoring defense at 46.0 points per game.

Poll position: The Soul slipped two spots to fourth in the weekly coaches poll. Cleveland is seventh. Arizona, San Jose and San Antonio comprise the top three.
