Video: Blue-aproned suspect stalks, attacks woman leaving SEPTA train

Philadelphia police have release surveillance video of a man in a blue apron they say stalked a woman on a SEPTA train, followed her as she got off, then sexually assaulted her in North Philadelphia.

The incident occurred about 9 p.m., May 26, as the woman was riding north on the Broad Street line train to Lehigh Avenue. She noticed a man following her as she got off and left the concourse.

The man approached her as she wa walking, placed a knife against her stomach and forced her into a parking lot located on 15th Street where he sexually assaulted her.

The suspect is described as a bald, black male, about 50-years-old, 5'7” in height, with dark brown eyes and thick eyebrows. He was wearing black cargo pants, a blue apron, red shirt with white/yellow/lime green stripes around the collar and sleeves, black boots, black and tan jacket.
