Chesco lawyer named to SEPTA board

The Chester County commissioners have appointed lawyer Cuyler H. Walker to a seat on the 15-member SEPTA board.

Walker, a partner in the Berwyn office of the Pepper Hamilton law firm, was named to fill the unexpired term of Joseph "Skip" Brion, who resigned from the SEPTA board last month. Walker's term will end Jan. 31, 2013.

Walker, of Unionville, is chairman of the East Marlborough Township Board of Supervisors. He is on the board of directors of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry. 8 — Paul Nussbaum
