Charles J. Meyer was named shareholder of the law firm now called Hofstein Weiner & Meyer P.C.

Academy of Vocal Arts, a nonprofit organization that provides tuition-free vocal and opera training to young singers, has hired Susan L. Mock as chief financial officer and Robin Barnes as director of major and individual gifts. Mock was chief operating officer at Asher & Co. Ltd., a mid-sized regional CPA and consulting firm in Philadelphia. Barnes served four years as the director of marketing and communications for the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival & Philly Fringe.

Michael J. Stack 3d was hired as of counsel at Elliott Greenleaf, a law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Blue Bell, Scranton, Wilkes Barre and Wilmington. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Senate representing Philadelphia's Fifth Senatorial District and a lawyer experienced in commercial litigation and employment law.

TD Bank hired Jack Daryanani as vice president, commercial lending, in Bethlehem. He had been manager of commercial real estate at M&T Bank in the Lehigh Valley.

Bryn Mawr Trust Co., a subsidiary of Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., has hired Robert V. Sammartino as senior vice president and chief credit officer. He had been a senior credit officer at Firstrust Bank.

Larry Bilker has been named director, account management and service delivery, at PPT Consulting, a Newtown Square IT and management-consulting firm. He had been a managing partner with Dealsetter L.L.C. in Merion.

Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp., has hired Paula Butler as vice president of communications. Butler served as senior director of global communications at Bethesda, Md.-based Marriott International for the last six years.

Philadelphia accounting firm ParenteBeard L.L.C., has named Jeffrey L. Ferro president. He had been chief operating officer.

Miria Systems Inc., a Norristown software company that helps businesses digitally manage content with a focus on the energy and environmental industries, has hired Martin W. Michael as chief executive officer and chief cloud strategist. He had been vice president, enterprise software solutions, at Exton-based Avanceon since 2004.

Electronic Ink Inc., a Philadelphia business-system design consultancy, hired John Scarpato as chief operating officer. He had been senior vice president of product management and vice president of technology services at SEI Investments Co. Oaks.

Campbell Soup Co., Camden, hired Adam Kmiec as director, digital marketing and social media. Kmiec, 32, will lead Campbell's digital-marketing and social-media efforts to enhance consumer demand and build equity for the company and its brands. He served as director, social media, at Walgreens.

CMF Associates, a Philadelphia financial and operations consultant, has hired Casey O'Rourke as business-development associate, deal origination. She had been a cash-management specialist at J.P. Morgan.

Andrew D. Cutler and Ian Fureman have been promoted to principal from vice president at Integrated Marketing Associates L.L.C., Bryn Mawr. ?

Ametek Inc., a Berwyn maker of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, said Robert R. Mandos Jr. will become executive vice president and chief financial officer effective July 1. He replaces John J. Molinelli, who will retire after 43 years with the company, including 18 years as chief financial officer. Mandos is senior vice president and comptroller.

Independence Wealth Strategies, a Plymouth Meeting office of MetLife, has hired Susan J. Notaras as director of business development. She had been director of marketing and business development at First Financial Group, a Mass Mutual agency in Bala Cynwyd.
