Gaetan J. Alfano, a partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti L.L.P., was reelected to serve as vice chairman of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, which operates seven toll bridges and 13 toll-supported bridges. He has served as the commission's vice-chair since 2007. Alfano is co-chair of the law firm's Litigation Practice Group.

Marc D. Jonas, shareholder and co-chair of the Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning Practice Groups at Eastburn & Gray P.C., Blue Bell, was elected chair of the Montgomery County Planning Commission Board.
Patrick S. Mintzer, an attorney with the West Chester law firm Buckley, Brion, McGuire, Morris and Sommer L.L.P., was elected president of the board of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Chester County Inc., (also known as Chester County Disability Services).
Attorney Jeffrey M. Kolansky has been elected vice president of the Philadelphia Police Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports the Philadelphia Police Department. Kolansky is managing partner of the Philadelphia office of Archer & Greiner P.C. He succeeds Maureen Rush, vice president for public safety at the University of Pennsylvania, who has been elected president of the foundation.

International Council of Shopping Centers, a global trade association, has appointed Joseph Viscuso as the chairman of the Government Relations Committee for its Pennsylvania/Delaware region. He is a vice president at Stantec.
