Glassboro running back Corey Clement, who set the South Jersey single-season record for rushing yards as a junior, plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh on a football scholarship.
"It just felt like it was the right place for me," said Clement, who made the commitment Saturday while attending a camp at Pitt.
Clement has offers from more than 20 college programs, including Notre Dame, Penn State, Florida State, and Iowa. He said he wanted to make a decision before his senior season.
"It was wearing on me a little bit," Clement said. "I thought I would jump the gun and make this decision, and it feels like I made the right one."
