AFTER RUNNING through a boatload of possible tiebreakers, it has been determined that the Soul has clinched homefield advantage throughout the American Conference playoffs.
The Soul beat Jacksonville on Saturday to improve to 11-3 and clinch the East Division. It is the only team in the nine-team conference with a winning record and will host a first-round game during the weekend of July 27-29. The conference championship is the following week. The ArenaBowl championship will be held in New Orleans on Friday, Aug. 10.
