Frazier Healthcare finalized the purchase of a drug-packaging plant in Northeast Philadelphia from Catalent Pharma Solutions Inc., this week and its leader, Alan Frazier, said Friday he hoped a new approach — and more employees — would bring in more revenue.
"We're excited to use that as a platform to grow the business," said Frazier, who is founder and managing partner of the venture capital firm based in Seattle and Menlo Park, Calif. The firm has stakes in other Philadelphia-area companies. "It is one of the best facilities in the industry. The workforce is incredibly experienced. We'll add staff in sales and marketing."
