Police said Robert Moore, 32, of Granite Road, Melrose Park, got on the Route 33 bus around 9:45 a.m. at Fourth and Market Streets. As the bus pulled away, Moore allegedly began speaking to the driver, then started choking him. SEPTA officials also said Moore brandished a knife.
