Parc (227 S. 18th St., 215-545-2262) opened on July 14, 2008. The French bistro celebrates its 4th birthday and Bastille Day this weekend with special dishes and drinks, and an accordion player. Eastern State Penitentiary (2027 Fairmount Ave., 215-236-5111, easternstate.org) celebrates Bastille Day with the experimental cabaret troupe the Bearded Ladies, starting at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Things come to a, er, head as Marie Antoinette (a/k/a Terry McNally, co-owner of London Grill and Paris Wine Bar) is carried off, but not before throwing 3,000 Tastykakes to the rabble.
