The trial for Temple basketball star Khalif Wyatt that was scheduled for Thursday in Atlantic City municipal court has been adjourned, according to Wyatt's attorney, Peter Sarkos.
The new date is Aug. 6 at 1:30 p.m.
Wyatt was charged with engaging in prostitution and resisting arrest. He was one of 28 people arrested on June 10 and charged as part of a two-day Atlantic City prostitution sweep conducted by the city's Special Investigation Unit.
Wyatt, who was celebrating his 21st birthday, according to his Twitter feed, will be a senior this coming school year. He is from Norristown.
